Welcome to Slick Week! Join Melbourne Rubber as we kick off a week of celebration, connection, and all things rubber with our Welcome Drinks at LCKR Room on the iconic Smith Street – the heart of Melbourne's LGBTQIA+ nightlife.
Catch up with familiar faces, meet visitors from across Australia and around the world, and make some new friends before an unforgettable week begins. Whether you're attending your first Slick or returning for another year, everyone is welcome to raise a glass.

LCKR Room offers step-free access to the venue and an accessible ground floor layout and accessible bathrooms suitable for most mobility needs.
The venue is conveniently located on Smith Street with easy access to nearby tram services. If you have any specific accessibility requirements, please contact the Melbourne Rubber team before the event and we’ll do our best to assist.

LCKR Room is conveniently located on Smith Street in Collingwood, one of Melbourne’s most iconic LGBTQIA+ neighbourhoods, and is easily accessible by public transport.
Tram Route 86 runs directly along Smith Street, with stops just a short walk from the venue. Additional tram services including Routes 12 and 109 operate along nearby Victoria Parade, also within walking distance.
Limited street parking is available nearby, however we recommend travelling by public transport or ridesharing where possible.

Anyone violating our consent policy, or the MR Code of Conduct will be ejected from the venue. There is no strict dress code for this event, however rubber, latex, neoprene, leather, uniforms, fantasy and other fetish attire are warmly encouraged.
To help ensure our events remain welcoming and inclusive, clothing or insignia featuring swastikas, police uniforms or police badges are not permitted. Attendees displaying these items will be refused entry until they have changed their attire.
If you are wearing spikes or other accessories that may pose a risk in crowded spaces, please be mindful of those around you.
Cloaking facilities are available at most events.
